The aras is designed with rhinestones and it is rhodium plated. It measures 2.5 X 2.5 inch and 1 inch in height. It comes with regular coins. 
The coins in picture shown with rhinestone are sold separetely for $20 and comes in gold and silver.(measures 7/8 of an inch)
